Bloomhaus 23 — Privacy Policy

• Account information: name, email address, password (encrypted)
• Content you create: tasks, notes, calendar entries, client records, family/household data
• Billing information: processed via our payment processor; we do not store full payment card details
• Usage data: basic analytics on how you use the Service, to improve functionality

• To provide and operate the Service
• To process subscription billing
• To send you service-related communications (e.g., beta feedback requests, launch updates, billing notices)
• To improve the Service based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns

For Family (Grove) tier accounts, data entered by any user within a shared Family space (calendars, chore charts, shared lists) is visible to other members of that same Family space, as configured by the primary account holder.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Service providers necessary to operate Bloomhaus 23 (e.g., hosting, payment processing)
• When required by law

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting hello@23foreversolutions.com.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

During the beta testing period, we may collect additional feedback data (survey responses, usage patterns) explicitly to improve the Service. Beta testers who consent may have anonymized feedback quoted publicly (only with explicit permission).

We may use basic cookies/analytics tools to understand usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Bloomhaus 23 is not directed at children under 13. Family (Grove) tier features (e.g., kids' chore charts) are intended to be managed by the adult primary account holder on behalf of household members.
