Bloomhaus 23 — Terms of Service

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using Bloomhaus 23 ("the Service"), operated by 23 Forever Solutions ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bloomhaus 23 is a productivity application that helps individuals, families, and business owners manage tasks, notes, calendars, client workflows, and related personal/business organization features.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Bloomhaus 23 offers the following plans, subject to change with notice:

• The Seed (Free)
• The Garden / Pro — $4.99/month
• The Grove / Family — $9.99/month
• The Estate / Business — $19.99/month
• Founding Member Lifetime — $47 one-time payment, granting Garden/Pro-tier access for the lifetime of the account, limited to a capped number of participants during the initial launch period

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. You may cancel at any time through your account billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to harm others.

For Family (Grove) and Business (Estate) tiers, the primary account holder is responsible for inviting and managing additional users within their account. Additional users' data is subject to this same Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

All content, branding, design, and underlying technology of Bloomhaus 23 are owned by 23 Forever Solutions. Your own task, note, and client data remain your property.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during the beta testing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 23 Forever Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
